Ideally located between Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Barjac, it's the perfect base for discovering the region's sun-drenched landscapes and natural treasures. Maison Lilas opens onto a pleasant enclosed plot of approx. 1,500 m², where you can relax and enjoy the great outdoors. An above-ground wooden swimming pool keeps you cool on hot summer days, and provides the kids with happy swimming moments. Two inviting terraces, one with a southern exposure, invite you to share meals with family and friends over a barbecue. Inside, the house is laid out on two levels, offering a convivial living space on the first floor with a living room and sitting room equipped with sofa and TV. The open, integrated kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals while remaining at the heart of the home. This level also includes a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with sloping ceilings provide a warm and relaxing sleeping area. One has a double bed (140cm), while the second is ideal for kids, with three single beds (90cm). Electric heating and bed linen rental are available for added comfort.
