"L'Evidence" is the name of the gîte, and it's obvious: you'll feel right at home here!

Let yourself be tempted by a peaceful stay between the Monts d'Ardèche park and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, in this detached house, recently built close to Elisabeth and Xavier, the owners.

You'll be enchanted by the decoration and objects Elisabeth has found here and there.
The living room includes a sitting area with armchairs, TV, wifi, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The 2 bedrooms are refined, with polished concrete floors and original furnishings (1 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with 2 twin 80 cm trundle beds with mattress topper) and access to the terrace.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and toilet. Washing machine shared with the owners, accessible in their laundry room, a few steps from the gîte.
For a hassle-free vacation, beds made on arrival and cleaning included!

A pleasant gîte all year round, with reversible air-conditioning in the main room.
In summer, young and old alike can cool off in the private, self-supporting, above-ground swimming pool (4.60x2.80 - Depth 1.25m) and enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture, barbecue, children's hut and Molky game.
Private parking. Bicycle shelter and electrical outlet. Baby equipment on request. Gîte not suitable for PRM (3 steps to terrace and accommodation).

The location is ideal for discovering the region's characterful villages (Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, Vinezac...), caves, mountains (Mont Gerbier de Joncs), lakes and waterfalls (Issarlès, Ray Pic...) and forests.
And don't forget the rivers for sporting and leisure activities such as canoeing, canyoning, Via Ferrata, fishing and swimming.
If you're a nature lover, take advantage of the many hiking, biking and mountain-biking trails and the nearby greenway leading to the Lou Capitelle wellness area in Vogüé (7 kms).
