In a green setting, 5 minutes' walk from Vallon Pont d'Arc City center and activities (canoeing, caving, climbing, Hiking, Canyoning, Beaches, historic sites, picturesque villages....), this Holiday cottage awaits you for a stay to discover the Southern Ardèche.

This modern, very comfortable house has all the essentials for a wonderful vacation: private swimming pool, quiet area, garden, enclosed outdoor space and air-conditioned, trendy, well-equipped interior.
The advantage: leave your car behind and set off on foot to take advantage of the village's shops and services, and stroll through the streets during the Market to sample some delicious local produce.

On a fully fenced plot of approx. 1000m², take the time to relax and unwind in the sun on the deckchairs or in the shade under the covered terrace. For a refreshing dip, take a dip in the alarmed swimming pool, open from May to September.
You can also spend the afternoon on the banks of the River Ardèche, on the Pont d'Arc Beach, just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage.
And to round off the day, you can enjoy barbecues and aperitifs on the covered terrace, with garden and lounge furniture at your disposal.

The villa is all on one level.
Inside, the living room is well appointed and bright thanks to the bay windows, with access to the terrace. For hot summer days, air conditioning is available in this room.
There are two large bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with shower accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a separate toilet.

Sheets can be rented for an additional charge.
