Nestled in the heart of the Ardèche mountains, this holiday cottage is located at an elevation of 1,200 meters in the village of Sainte-Eulalie.
This property enjoys a prime location, right next to the village’s shops and services. It serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the plateau’s landscapes, the headwaters of the Loire River (just 5 minutes away), the vast natural areas, and the many surrounding hiking trails. The region offers outdoor activities year-round: hiking, mountain biking, Fishing, river swimming, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in winter.
This mountain setting allows you to discover and savor local specialties (cold cuts, cheeses, etc.).

Carefully designed across three levels, the holiday cottage offers a comfortable and functional living space.
On the ground floor, an open-concept living area combines the living room with a built-in kitchen, a sitting area with recliners, and a flat-screen TV. From this room, you can access the large, fenced-in 30 m² terrace, which is perfect for summer meals around the barbecue.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet (one with a 160-bed, one with a 140-bed, and one with two 90-beds). On this level, there is also a bathroom with a toilet available for use.
On the second level, you’ll enjoy the large mezzanine with its play area for kids, a foosball table for games between adults and kids, a living area with a large-screen TV, and an open-plan sleeping area with two 90-cm beds.
You’ll have access to a garage for one car, bicycles, and motorcycles. There is one parking space in front of the holiday cottage; otherwise, parking is available in the village square, just a stone’s throw away.
