L'Espantée Holiday cottage is spread over three levels and offers bright, comfortable spaces. On the lower level, a vast living room with fully-equipped open kitchen opens onto a covered, removable terrace, perfect for relaxing moments. You'll find garden furniture, a swing and a heated swimming pool. A charcoal barbecue is also available. At night, the villa has three bedrooms: a master suite with 160 cm bed and private shower room downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs with panoramic views over Aiguèze. This floor also includes a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. For a moment of pure relaxation, the Wellbeing area welcomes you with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Norwegian bath and shower. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC completes the house's facilities.

The surrounding area is full of wonders to explore: go on a canoeing adventure in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve, discover the region's sublime caves, including the unmissable Grotte Chauvet 2, and stroll through the many villages of character. You're at the crossroads of 4 departments rich in heritage: Ardèche, Drôme, Gard and Vaucluse, offering a variety of activities and exceptional landscapes.
