Quite recent independent house (2016), with disabled access, overlooking a listed climbing site: the Cirque de gens and a Viogniers vineyard. Located in southern Ardèche, in a very touristy area, superb Holiday cottage near the owner, very comfortable with 2 covered terraces (dining area and outdoor sitting area). Piscine shared with the owner and a 2nd Holiday cottage. Air-conditioned living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area with pellet stove, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), shower room with large Italian shower and WC. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.lovely view of the cirque de Gens (cliffs overlooking the Ardèche, a major listed rock-climbing site). All shops and activities in Ruoms 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage. Voie verte at 200 m and bike rail at 25 minutes.
*PISCINE INFO: May to mid-September, weather permitting // 9m x 4m /prof 1m10 to 1m55/ fenced + alarm/Chlorine/Not heated (but bubble cover)

les saxos magnifique
gite super avec une vue magnifique...très bien adapté pour personne en fauteuil..facilité à circuler intérieur et extérieur...sanitaire super bien adapté et du solide !!!! Propriétaires sympathiques et très discrets

Les Bourguignons Parfait
Gîte impeccable, très confortable, bonne literie et bien chauffé (sacs de granules vendus par le propriétaire). La terrasse extérieure et la piscine doivent être très agréables l'été. Nous avons trouvé le gîte parfait et très bien situé pour visiter tous les points touristiques et proche de tous commerces. Nous recommandons vivement.

Vacances Gîte parfait
Le gîte est beau, moderne, spacieux et très fonctionnel avec vue sur les vignes et le cirque de Gens. Bien situé, il permet de rayonner dans toute l'Ardèche du sud avec de nombreuses activités possibles. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte de grande qualité.
