This 3-hectare estate of 16 villas, located 5 minutes from France's most beautiful villages of Balazuc and Vogüé, welcomes you all year round with top-of-the-range amenities.
The houses are spacious, equipped with reversible air conditioning and wifi, and each has its own private outdoor space.

For sports enthusiasts: you'll love the many leisure facilities to share: playground, table soccer, billiards, beach volleyball... outdoor fitness area overlooking the botanical garden and its fountain.
For those in need of rest and relaxation: shared facilities include a large 17x10m swimming pool heated in the off-season, indoor Jacuzzi with free access, Finnish sauna and even Wellbeing massages (booking required).

Villa Syrah is a Semi-detached house at the entrance to the estate.
Comfortable and welcoming, it can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living room with access to the covered terrace, a 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a 4th bedroom with 2 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed. A second bathroom with shower is available on this level, as is a separate toilet.

The big plus of this villa: enjoy YOUR own private Piscine (8x4m).
Heated from April to October, depending on the weather, and secured by a gate, it's perfect for relaxing after a day's outing, or for lounging while others visit.

For your comfort and a 100% relaxing stay, bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Pets are welcome, but don't forget your pet's basket or bassinet.
