This sublime 3-hectare estate of 16 villas in the heart of southern Ardèche offers an idyllic setting for dream vacations with family or friends.
The houses are spacious, equipped with reversible air-conditioning and wifi, each with its own private outdoor space and quality amenities.

Young and old won't be bored here: in common, enjoy leisure facilities such as a playground, table soccer, billiards, beach volleyball... an open-air fitness area overlooking the botanical garden and its fountain.
And if you're looking for a moment of relaxation, we've got you covered: free indoor Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and even Wellbeing massages (booking required).
You'll be delighted by the large, magnificent 17m x 10m communal swimming pool, heated inter-seasonally depending on the weather, and its sunbathing areas for basking in the Ardèche sunshine.

Villa Grenache sleeps 4.
It includes a fully-equipped living room, two bedrooms with 160cm and 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
For your comfort and a 100% relaxing stay, bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Pets are welcome, but please bring their own baskets or cushions.

It's the ideal place to discover the wonders of southern Ardèche!
You're just 5 minutes from the villages of Balazuc and Vogüé, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Shops, restaurants and small farmers' markets await you nearby. You can also head off to the Ardèche Gorges, about 20 minutes from the estate, to admire the famous Pont d'Arc and the reconstructed Grotte Chauvet... For the more sporty, you can book a canoeing trip down the Ardèche river during your stay.

In July and August, minimum stay one week, arrivals and departures on Fridays.
