The Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the hamlet of Les Salèlles in Saint-Maurice-d'Ibie, in a stone village house typical of the region. Surrounded by vines, oaks and lavender, the hamlet offers a peaceful, picturesque setting. In the middle of the property, with 3 Holiday cottages, a pleasant communal swimming pool* with solarium is at your disposal for refreshing swims or siestas in the shade of the parasols. Enjoy the peace and quiet.

This stone Holiday cottage, renovated in 2017, is adjoining the owner's residence. It harmoniously combines the charm of yesteryear with contemporary decor. On the first floor of the Holiday cottage is a living room, open to the outside with its large bay window opening onto a 10m² roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the village. The interior features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with sofa, club chair and large 100cm wall-mounted flat-screen TV. On the first floor, two bedrooms each with a double bed (one with flat-screen TV), a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

In the Holiday cottage's immediate vicinity, numerous tourist and outdoor activities await you. Explore the magnificent Ardèche gorges by canoe, discover the marked Hiking trails, or go mountain biking through the surrounding countryside. Just 20 km away, visit the Grotte Chauvet 2. Pont d'Arc, character villages, the Crocodile Farm, the Lavender Museum, and Museums in Alba La Romaine. Artisan markets also offer enriching experiences. For wine and food lovers, don't miss Neovinium in Ruoms, the cellars of Valvignières and Montfleury in Villeneuve de berg.
