Surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields, let yourself be seduced by the simplicity of this stone Holiday cottage, located just outside the small village of Larnas. In a peaceful setting, it offers a real bubble of serenity, while being ideally positioned for exploring the treasures of the region. Its pretty private garden and shaded terrace invite you to relax and unwind.
This detached house is divided into two units, each with its own access and intimate space. The interior of the Holiday cottage is warm and functional: a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sitting area with TV. A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a mezzanine fitted with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) provide ideal sleeping space for 2 couples or a family. A shower room with closed toilet completes the layout. For optimum comfort in summer, the main room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Ideally located between Bourg-Saint-Andéol and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Holiday cottage Les Vignes is the perfect base for discovering the southern Ardèche: the fascinating Chauvet 2 cave, the spectacular Ardèche gorges, the Madeleine cave, or the old medieval village of Saint-Montan. With easy access from the Rhône valley, you can also explore the Drôme provençale, the northern Gard and even Avignon. Treat yourself to a holiday rich in discovery and serenity.
Arrivals on Sundays in July and August.

Excellent séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très disponibles pour toute demande. Le gîte est calme et offre tout le confort, que ce soit au niveau de la vaisselle et équipements d'une literie très confortable. Il dispose également d'une terrasse, d'un barbecue, et d'un grand espace extérieur que notre chien a beaucoup apprécié. La climatisation est un atout non-négligeable par ces fortes chaleurs. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les environs de Larnas. Nous envisageons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine, car il y a encore beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire à proximité.

Superbe gite de larnas
5/5Très bon et sympathique accueil par la propriétaire.le gîte est au calme il y a tout ce qu il faut pour y passer un agréable séjour. Seule, avec mon chien et mon chat qui ont été très sages.je ne me suis pas ennuyée du tout.
la mairie est juste a coté et fait office de tourisme.
Il y a Très bon restaurant pour y déjeuner
"la fourchette & la cigale"
Le village de St montan situé a 4 kms du gîte est magnifique.
Pas loin de la grotte Chauvet...et de plein d autres villages ardéchois...je remercie encore les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux...- Cleanliness 5/5
