This property, which has been in the family for several generations, combines charm, comfort, authenticity and the atmosphere of a large family home, offering a warm, comfortable interior space for a stay with family or friends. The accommodation is located on the 1st level, accessible via a stone staircase (not suitable for PRM), and comprises a spacious living room with air-conditioned lounge (TV, wifi connection), a fully-equipped, independent kitchen, and a 2nd lounge with TV.
At night, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with air-conditioning (two with 160cm beds, one with 180cm bed), each with en-suite shower/bathroom, 2 with wc. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided (pool towels not supplied). But it's outside that the charm of the place is revealed... Set in a large enclosed wooded plot, the Holiday cottage benefits from a green environment, ideal for relaxation. You can take full advantage of the Piscine*, a real asset to your stay, ideal for cooling off on sunny days and relaxing in peace and quiet. The spacious garden invites you to stroll, play games with the family (ping-pong table, molky, board games) or dine alfresco, thanks to an area next to the Piscine with garden furniture, a shaded area and a plancha. Access to the property is via an electric gate. Parking inside the property (carports). Electric vehicle charging stations in Rosières. This natural setting offers a real sense of escape, while remaining close to the region's amenities and tourist attractions. You're just a 5-minute walk from the shops (Magasin Bio, Intermarché, Lidl, Centrakor, etc.) Whether you're a nature-lover, a heritage-lover, a swimmer or a gourmet, you'll find the ideal setting for a simple, authentic vacation, combining sunshine, authenticity and the art of living.

You'll be amazed at what you can do on foot, by bike or swimming in the river!
