Detached house comprising Holiday cottage and owner's accommodation. Access, private garden area to the Holiday cottage (180 m²) and independent terrace. The Holiday cottage faces east, with a superb panoramic view of the Rhône valley and Vercors. Hiking and mountain-biking trails start from the house. All shops in Alissas or Chomérac 5 km away. Valence 45 minutes away and Montélimar 30 minutes. A7 freeway exit 20 minutes away. Living room with kitchenette and sitting area, veranda to enjoy the view. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed, bed linen provided, shower room and WC. No TV, but good Wifi connection. Bike room. The Holiday cottage is located at an altitude of 560 m, accessible via a 2.5 km road typical of the region, which serves a few houses and the neighboring hamlet of Le Château. The road is tarred and passable with a normal vehicle; it was partially resurfaced in 2018 and 2022.

Die Gite liegt in einer wunderbaren Umgebung und hat alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht.

gite confortable, offrant une vue magnifique depuis la veranda. proprietaire très charmant. nous avons passé un excellent sejour malgré la pluie. c'est un coin de paradis pour se ressourcer, se reconnecter avec la nature et entendre le chant des oiseaux. je recommande vivement ce gite!

Alan Paix et vue exceptionnelle
L'endroit est isolé ce qui procure une paix totale. Vue sur la vallée et les montagnes assez unique surtout qu'on peut en profiter largement grâce à la terrasse et la véranda où on peut prendre les repas en contemplant la nature. Literie excellente en ce qui nous concerne. Propriétaire sympa et discret.
