Detached house comprising Holiday cottage and owner's accommodation. Access, private garden area to the Holiday cottage (180 m²) and independent terrace. The Holiday cottage faces east, with a superb panoramic view of the Rhône valley and Vercors. Hiking and mountain-biking trails start from the house. All shops in Alissas or Chomérac 5 km away. Valence 45 minutes away and Montélimar 30 minutes. A7 freeway exit 20 minutes away. Living room with kitchenette and sitting area, veranda to enjoy the view. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed, bed linen provided, shower room and WC. No TV, but good Wifi connection. Bike room. The Holiday cottage is located at an altitude of 560 m, accessible via a 2.5 km road typical of the region, which serves a few houses and the neighboring hamlet of Le Château. The road is tarred and passable with a normal vehicle; it was partially resurfaced in 2018 and 2022.
