This unusual apartment is located in the charming village of Alba La Romaine. Located on the 2nd floor of an old village house, it shares a common entrance with another apartment. From the very first stone steps, you're immersed in the history of the place.

On arrival, you'll immediately fall under the spell of the kitchen, bathed in light thanks to a glass roof opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including local produce selected at the village market. To enjoy these tasty dishes with family or friends, a vast attic living room awaits you. Perspective and volume in the apartment suite thanks to sub-levels. The 4 attic bedrooms are centered around a central living room, with seating and TV (Netflix). Three bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms (two with 160cm beds and one with 2 modular 80cm beds), while the fourth has 2 modular 80cm beds. A separate bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC complete the property. The owners have taken particular care with the decor. In this cozy world, comfort is king. Reversible air conditioning throughout the gîte. In winter and summer alike, you can relax in the jacuzzi. Extend your evenings on the terrace, complete with garden furniture and plancha.

A very pleasant vacation spot in the middle of this lively little village in southern Ardèche. Parking is available in several public parking lots close to the house. The privileged location means you can alternate between strolls through the cobbled streets, cultural visits (Museum, Château, ...) or discovering the Ardèche region (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2, ...).
