Welcome to "Les Tilleuls" Holiday cottage, located 3 km from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, where you can enjoy a wide range of tourist activities (Swimming, canoeing, climbing, Hiking, visits to caves and avens, villages of character, Ardèche Gorges ...). ).
Attractive, recently-built detached house on raised ground floor (4 access steps), near (85 m) the main road to Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Well-equipped and comfortable, it features a fitted kitchen, living room and sitting area with TV, corner sofa and wood-burning stove.
Wooded surroundings on the Piscine side and terrace and vineyards on the bowling green side.
Reversible air-conditioning in the large living room.
There are 3 bedrooms: the 1st has a 140 cm bed, the 2nd a 140 cm bed and the 3rd a 2-person bunk bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
The covered terrace is enclosed. You can enjoy the private, fenced swimming pool (from early May to late September, weather permitting // dimensions 7 x 3.50 m, depth 1.50 m / chlorine / fenced / unheated) and jeu de boules. Baby bed and high chair available.
