Les Terrasses du Bruguet

Ideally located in the Cévennes, between Rosières and Joyeuse, you'll be able to discover the southern Ardèche and all its villages. You'll be close to Joyeuse's many shops, and can stroll through the old town with its local craftsmen. Access to the river is just below the Holiday cottage, with shuttle bus departures for canoeing down the Gorges de l'Ardèche or the Chassezac. On site, you'll be able to set off on magnificent Hiking tours in the natural surroundings of the Cévennes ardéchoises.

Built in 2020, the Holiday cottage "Les Terrasses du Bruguet" is located next to the owners' house, but has its own access and independent garden with playground for Kids, petanque pitch and deckchair. There's also a covered terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains, with garden furniture, a plancha and a relaxation area. Piscine 8mx4m, depth 1.50m at your disposal, to share with the owner, with an exceptional panorama. Piscine open from June to mid-September, weather permitting.

Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and a sitting room equipped with TV, DVD player, board games and books. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning equipment. In the sleeping area, you'll find 3 bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace and is equipped with 2 double beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm). The large bathroom has an Italian-style shower and double basins, and separate WCs.
The underfloor heating system keeps the room warm in winter, and cool in summer.

A garage is available for your car or for a bike/motorcycle shelter.

A complete baby kit is available for 30 euros. Pets allowed at 15 euros per week, only one per stay.
