Les Terrasses du Bruguet

Ideally located in the Cévennes, between Rosières and Joyeuse, discover the South Ardèche and all its villages. You'll be close to Joyeuse's many shops, and can stroll through the old town with its local craftsmen. Access to the river is just below the Holiday cottage, with shuttle bus departures for canoeing down the Gorges de l'Ardèche or the Chassezac. On site, you'll be able to set off on magnificent Hiking tours in the natural surroundings of the Cévennes ardéchoises.

Built in 2020, the Holiday cottage "Les Terrasses du Bruguet" is located next to the owners' house. It has its own access, a separate garden with games for Kids, and a pétanque court. You'll appreciate the magnificent view of the mountains from the covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, a plancha and a relaxation area.
Nestled in a natural setting with exceptional panoramic views, you'll enjoy the Piscine with submerged beach, ideal for Kids (pool to be shared with the owners).

Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge with TV, DVD player, board games and books. 3 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace. Two are equipped with 140cm beds and one with 2 90cm beds. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower and double vanity unit. The toilets are independent. Washing machine and cleaning equipment in the laundry room.

Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant temperature on winter days. The Holiday cottage is not air-conditioned, but has underfloor cooling.
