In a quiet, unspoilt natural setting, facing the Sampzon rock, 5 minutes' walk from the magnificent village of Labeaume.
All shops and activities 5 minutes away. Access to the village of Labeaume and its famous Beaches via a magnificent footpath.
You're in the heart of our vineyard and orchard.
Holiday cottage Les Sapins is a detached house with garden.
Inside, there's a high-ceilinged living room with open-plan fitted kitchen. On the night side, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
For all-season comfort, enjoy the reversible air conditioning in the living room. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove guarantees warm evenings (wood supplied).
The covered terrace is perfect for outdoor meals and barbecues. The private garden all around the Holiday cottage awaits you for pleasant moments of relaxation on deckchairs under the Ardèche sun.
The little extra: a small garage for your bikes or motorcycles.
Internet connection in a room shared by all Holiday cottages.
Bed linen provided on arrival.

MK Magnifique séjour
Deuxième séjour au gîte des sapins et une nouvelle fois, nous en avons été très contents. Le gîte est parfait pour notre famille (un couple et trois jeunes enfants), parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Nous n'avions pas de voiture pendant plus de la moitié du séjour, mais nous avons quand même pu faire de superbes randonnées au départ du gîte. La rivière est à 10 min à pied. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr, les enfants parlent déjà du projet séjour ;-)

S & D BRODIER Les Sapins à SAINT-ALBAN-AURIOLLES
Très bon accueil de Madame JOUVE ! Excellent gîte avec vue sur les montagnes des Cévennes dans un endroit très calme, super bien équiper et fonctionnel qui donne sur une prairie côté terrasse. Pour les randonneurs, départ en randonner au pied du gite, Village de Labeaume, Ruoms, Balazuc ex…. Bref un très bon séjour et reposant.
Je recommande ce gite sans problème.Encore merci à vous et à l’année prochaine.
