This Holiday cottage for 2-3 people is an invitation to relax and discover the wonders of the surrounding area. Its lush natural setting and unspoilt environment conducive to Biodiversity are sure to charm you.

Agnès welcomes you in an annex on the ground floor of the house, not overlooked and with its own entrance.
Passionate about flowers and plants, she will introduce you to olive trees, rose bushes, jasmine and fruit trees... Each season, the different varieties in the garden will change color and perfume your stay.

The site, halfway between Ruoms and Labeaume, is the perfect starting point for a vacation in the southern Ardèche.
Fall under the spell of the characterful village of Labeaume: its calades, its little square where you can sip a drink, and its river, ideal for swimming against the cliffs. And Ruoms, a tourist village with restaurants, shops and a weekly market.
Lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted by the many hiking and biking trails starting from the gîte.
Just a few minutes away by car, add to your program the Gorges de l'Ardèche, a visit to the magnificent reconstruction of Grotte Chauvet 2, Museums and Château de Vogüé...

On site, you can also enjoy your own private outdoor space, lounging on deckchairs overlooking the large communal garden of over a hectare.
Inside, the Holiday cottage is spacious, with a lovely veranda for a living-dining area, a vaulted room with a sofa bed, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, and an open vaulted bedroom with a 140cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included for maximum comfort and peace of mind.

You can bring your own bikes and leave them in a locked storage area.
