Located in the south of the Ardèche, near Ruoms and its villages of character, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay in this comfortable, detached house. Slightly elevated, at the foot of a hill of oak and boxwood, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the cirque de Gens: cliffs overhanging the Ardèche, a listed climbing site. Many activities are available just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, and you'll be able to set off on magnificent Hiking trails. Services and shops in Ruoms, 2.5kms away, and a small supermarket 150m from the Holiday cottage. On site, you can cool off in the Piscine shared with the owners and tenants of the second Holiday cottage, as well as in the beautiful rivers less than 1 km away. Voie verte 500m away, vélo-rail 25 minutes.
Entirely on one level, Holiday cottage Les Romarins features an air-conditioned living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with a large corner sofa. The fireplace will be a great asset on chilly autumn and winter days (wood provided). In the sleeping area, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Separate WC. Electric heating. The covered terrace allows you to eat outside together or have a barbecue and enjoy the large private garden, without vis-à-vis. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. A carport is available as well as a closed Cabin for bicycles. Kids can play in the oak tree Cabin created by the owner. Owner's house nearby.
