This detached house with private Piscine and Beach is set in a fenced garden in the south of Ardèche, close to the Bois de Païolive and the Chassezac gorges.
First floor: living/dining room, bright kitchen, two bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), large shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there's a 4th large bedroom with a 140cm bed and a baby bed, a shower room with WC, and a relaxation area with sofa.
For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a fan and mosquito nets.
2 covered terraces with barbecue and garden table. Central heating, baby equipment on site. Private parking lot.
Farm produce for sale nearby in summer. Ideally located for outdoor activities (canoeing on the Chassezac, climbing on the beautiful cliffs above, Hiking on the many marked trails, caving....).
Numerous picturesque villages are well worth a visit, including Naves, Banne, Labeaume and Thines.
It's a great place for a family vacation or a get-together with friends to discover our wonderful Ardèche!
