1 hour from Lyon and 15 minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this magnificent residence for the duration of your stay. Easily accessible, Domaine de Chamard is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, close to the village center. In the surrounding area, a multitude of activities are possible: Accrobranche in the Parc du Pilat, a visit to the Safari de Peaugres, Vélorail and Train de l'Ardèche, or discover the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval.

The "Les Pinsons" gîte is housed in a handsome residence dating back to the 1800s, and offers 4 different types of accommodation. The stone building has been entirely restored with refinement and quality materials by the owners, who live on site.

Climb the stone staircase to reach the interior of the building housing the gîtes. Les Pinsons" comprises a pleasant, bright and functional living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (2-burner hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combi oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker), dining table and lounge with flat-screen TV. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds (twin 180cm) with flat-screen TV. Finally, a pleasant bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. All in a contemporary, uncluttered atmosphere.

A shared corridor leads to the shared terrace, overlooking a 5000 m² manicured park and the splendid 12mx6m swimming pool (shared) with pool house. The shade of the lime tree is the ideal place for a reading break or to share a meal. And after a good swim, what could be better than a game of pétanque on the dedicated pitch?

And the icing on the cake is that at Domaine de Chamard, everything is included: sheets with beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen and cleaning at the end of your stay. Guests have free access to a laundry room, a bicycle room and a relaxation room with sofa and board games.
