Take a step up to this former winegrower's house, passionately renovated by his grandson. Nestled among the vines, the Holiday cottage offers a spectacular view of Tournon and the Vercors: a sight to behold at any time.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort. The interior has been carefully designed and tastefully decorated, with air conditioning in every room. As soon as you arrive, you'll be captivated by the view from the large bay window in the living room. Get up early, if you feel like it, to admire the magic of the sunrise from the sofa. The main room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy living room with connected TV. The terrace, with direct access, invites you to extend these moments with its pergola, garden furniture and plancha. In the evening, the lights of the City sparkle in the distance and the Boats glide slowly down the Rhône.

At night, you'll enjoy the same high standards. Two welcoming bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower, guarantee peaceful nights. Two toilets, one of which is independent, complete the amenities of this home designed for your Wellbeing.

A large plot of land surrounds the Holiday cottage: on a slope, it is not suitable for young Kids. Three parking spaces are at your disposal, as well as an external recharging point for electric cars (extra charge). For your bicycles, there's a secure storage area in the old cellar.
