Located in the wine-growing village of Vernon, you'll appreciate the peaceful, leafy setting of your accommodation.
Florence and Jean-Marc, your hosts, will be delighted to welcome you. Their house is semi-detached from the Holiday cottage, but each has its own independent entrance.
Surrounding the house, more than 2 hectares of "faysses" land planted with olive trees and vines..... will delight you!
In summer, you'll enjoy the beautiful Piscine (4.30x7.30m- depth 1.25) with a splendid view over this natural landscape (pool to be shared with the owners).
Sun loungers and a shaded area provide relaxing moments by the pool.
The Holiday cottage is on one level, with a covered terrace for meals (plancha available) and relaxation.
It comprises a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wifi internet connection, fully-equipped fitted kitchen), 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, and a shower room with toilet.
It is located on the first floor of the owners' house. Parking spaces nearby.
Beds made on arrival, towels, gloves, tea towel and courtesy tray provided!
Vernon is an ideal base for exploring the Ardèche villages of Rosières, Joyeuse, Les Vans, Balazuc and Vogüé, not forgetting the emblematic sites of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche.

LN & LO Mi Séjour vacances
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Florence et Jean-Marc nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et d’attention, toujours aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.

nelly superbe
Très bon accueil de Florence et Jean Marc, donne des lieux pour aller visiter et discret. Le confort du gite est très bien ce que nous avons apprécier c'est que nos lits soit fait en arrivant.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et ce qui est appréciable c'est la piscine.
Nous recommandons ce gite.

des p'tits Belges Séjour 5 étoiles chez Florence et Jean-Marc
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances chez Florence et Jean-Marc. Leur gîte est tout simplement parfait. Rien ne manque, tout est propre et confortable. Nous avons adoré l'environnement au milieu des oliviers, des vignes et des châtaigniers. Que dire aussi de la belle piscine...génial.
Florence et Jean-Marc son très discrets et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme, mais à quelques jets de pierre des activités que propose l'Ardèche, c'est là qu'il faut aller.- Cleanliness
