In a small, sunny, peaceful hamlet 10 minutes from Les Vans, character gîte on 2 levels with 2 terraces. Shared grounds with a 2nd gîte where children can play.
Ground floor: vaulted room with living room/kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with access to an outdoor terrace (1 bedroom with 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds).
Access to the first floor via a steep staircase. An outside stone staircase leads to the bedrooms and outside terrace. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Washing machine. High chair available on request. WIFI point at owner's home.
A small path leads to the river (500 m). Swimming 2 km away. Numerous hikes in the Cévennes.
Attractions include the Chassezac and Beaume gorges, the Bois de Païolive, picturesque villages and numerous markets where you can sample local fruits and produce. 40 minutes from the Ardèche gorges.
