In southern Ardèche, halfway between Aubenas and the Rhône Valley, come and discover this ideally located Holiday cottage. You're in the commune of Villeneuve de Berg, and the Ibie Valley is just around the corner: swimming and discovering its Mediterranean vegetation are on the agenda. Also nearby is the Plateau du Coiron, the ideal playground for Hiking with panoramic views. The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet 2 are 25 km away.
Holiday cottage "Les Oliviers" is a pleasant 2-person apartment adjoining the owners' house. Peace and quiet are guaranteed for your stay in this residential area. The shared swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off in peace and quiet. The accommodation has a private terrace with an unobstructed view over the property's garden. The garden table and barbecue are the perfect place to spend a pleasant evening.
Inside, you'll find a bright, air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, dining table and lounge with sofa bed and TV. Two steps lead up to the bedroom, with its double bed and wardrobe. Here too, everything has been well thought out, and a mobile air conditioner is available for your convenience. Finally, there's a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC.
Local shops are within walking distance of the Holiday cottage (approx. 10 minutes). All inclusive: end-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels included, beds made on arrival.
Bikes can be stored in a closed garage. All you have to do is put down your suitcases!

Dommumu Magnifique , belle découverte
Très bon séjour. Christine est une hôtesse remarquable , accueillante qui a su , ainsi que son époux , nous aiguiller sur la découverte de la région . Un lit plus grand et un matelas plus confortable seraient appréciés mais l ensemble du séjour à été à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous reviendrons avec plaisir , le cadre est magnifique, très belle piscine !

Séjour agréable en Ardèche.La propriétaire est sympathique, discrète, mais reste disponible si besoin de même que son mari. Elle est prompte à donner de bons conseils pour profiter au maximum des lieux et du séjour.Je recommande vivement ce gite.

Quentin Séjour agréable
Séjour très agréable à villeneuve de Berg. Le lieu est très calme, à l'écart du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, et de l'excellent accueil de Christine, toujours disponible pour nous renseigner et qui a su nous faire plaisir avec de belles attentions tout au long du séjour.
