In southern Ardèche, halfway between Aubenas and the Rhône Valley, come and discover this ideally located Holiday cottage. You're in the commune of Villeneuve de Berg, and the Ibie Valley is just around the corner: swimming and discovering its Mediterranean vegetation are on the agenda. Also nearby is the Plateau du Coiron, the ideal playground for Hiking with panoramic views. The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet 2 are 25 km away.

Holiday cottage "Les Oliviers" is a pleasant 2-person apartment adjoining the owners' house. Peace and quiet are guaranteed for your stay in this residential area. The shared swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off in peace and quiet. The accommodation has a private terrace with an unobstructed view over the property's garden. The garden table and barbecue are the perfect place to spend a pleasant evening.

Inside, you'll find a bright, air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, dining table and lounge with sofa bed and TV. Two steps lead up to the bedroom, with its double bed and wardrobe. Here too, everything has been well thought out, and a mobile air conditioner is available for your convenience. Finally, there's a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC.

Local shops are within walking distance of the Holiday cottage (approx. 10 minutes). All inclusive: end-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels included, beds made on arrival.
Bikes can be stored in a closed garage. All you have to do is put down your suitcases!
