In southern Ardèche, 9 km from Les Vans, this beautiful detached stone house is set in the heart of the Cévennes Ardéchoises, on the heights of the small village of St Pierre de Déchausselat.
It has its own private, fully-secured swimming pool, ready in May and equipped with a bubble cover. The view over the valley is superb. Enjoy your meals on the large terrace, part of which is covered.
Very comfortable, it is laid out on 2 levels.
On the first floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (Tassimo coffee machine), a sitting area opening directly onto the terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and private shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, shower room with toilet.
The Holiday cottage is well-heated in winter thanks to central heating, and pleasant in summer thanks to underfloor cooling.
The house has a garage for motorcycles, bicycles and other equipment, as well as a washing machine.
An adjoining plot of approx. 1500 m² is at your disposal. There's also a ping-pong table for all ages.
Nearby, the Gorges du Chassezac are an ideal playground for river swimming or canoeing. For the more sporty, there's climbing, canyoning and caving. You're just 45 minutes from the Restitution de la Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche and the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
Just 10 kms away, you'll find the atmosphere of Provence in the pretty village of Les Vans. A beautiful region to discover on foot, thanks to the many signposted Hiking trails that will take you to beautiful villages: Thines, Naves, Labeaume or the Bois de Païolive... Here, the 4G network is available on your cell phone, and heating is included in the rent.
