Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed with en-suite shower room), separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90cm beds), shower room with WC.
Central heating (compulsory package depending on weather at the beginning and end of the season: €80/week), basement garage, laundry area, covered south-facing terrace.
