In a quiet area, you're still close to shops, restaurants and summer entertainment.
There's no need for a car here: everything's on foot, between the lively lanes, the local Market and the sunny terraces.

The little extra: 500m from the Holiday cottage, the "voie verte", a pedestrian and cycle path, invites you to enjoy lovely strolls through the Countryside.
It provides easy access to nearby villages such as Vogüé and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, gateway to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and the magnificent reconstruction of the Grotte Chauvet. Lovers of nature and swimming can take advantage of the nearby Ardèche river to relax at the water's edge, or take a canoe trip down the river - memories guaranteed!

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' vacation home and a second accommodation for two, offers a simple, warm atmosphere.
It features an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living room opening onto a private terrace shaded by two beautiful plane trees, two bedrooms with 140cm beds, a shower room and separate toilet. A sofa bed and an extra bed can accommodate up to 6 people.

Outside, you'll appreciate the large landscaped communal grounds, perfect for relaxing, as well as a petanque court for convivial moments in the shade of the trees. Summer evenings are spent on the terrace, lulled by the song of the cicadas and the mildness of the Ardèche climate.
