Nestled in a peaceful, lush setting, this charming stone holiday cottage—located next to the owner’s home—welcomes you for a stay filled with relaxation, nature, and warmth.
Set on a fully enclosed 3,000-square-meter property surrounded by nature, the cottage features a private outdoor area with a shaded patio and amenities (outdoor furniture, griddle, lounge chairs, and a hammock).

Fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people, it combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern comforts. You’ll appreciate its warm atmosphere and pleasant living spaces.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, a mezzanine features a living area with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, and a sleeping area with two 80-cm beds, as well as a separate bedroom with a 140-cm bed. In the summer, fans are provided.

On sunny days, you’ll enjoy the Piscine*, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Families will also appreciate the recreational amenities: a trampoline, ping-pong table, swing, kids’ slide, and plenty of open space for outdoor games.
Parking space on the property. A bike/motorcycle shed is available from the owner.

Ideally located just a few minutes from Aubenas, the holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche. You can stroll through the narrow streets of the charming villages of Balazuc, Vogüé, or Labeaume, visit the Château d’Aubenas, enjoy the Thermal baths at Vals-les-Bains, browse local farmers’ markets, or explore the many hiking trails offering magnificent panoramic views of the Ardèche hills.
Nature lovers and those who enjoy the great outdoors will be captivated by the famous Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d’Arc, canoe trips, remarkable caves such as the Chauvet 2 Ardèche Cave, as well as the many opportunities for swimming in the river.
