Welcome to O Coeur des Oliviers, an estate of 4 Holiday cottages with all comforts, independent and not overlooked, located in a quiet area close to major tourist sites.
Les 1001 Nuits is a modern single-storey villa with a private heated Piscine and a covered terrace with plancha.
It comprises a large air-conditioned living room opening onto the kitchen,
2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 with en-suite shower room and direct access to the Piscine,
and a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
A shower room with walk-in shower and WC,
and a separate toilet.
In the shade of the covered terrace, after an aperitif, you can sample the specialities of the Ardèche and enjoy a delicious meal on the quality plancha.
Afterwards, the peace and quiet will encourage you to relax and sunbathe by the Piscine.
The pétanque court promises a great end to the day, while the Kids have fun on the playground.
It's in this beautiful setting that we'll welcome you and advise you, if necessary, to make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.
Beds made on arrival and towels at your disposal.
Baby's things are already in the Holiday cottage! Bed with quality mattress, high chair, booster seat, bathtub, reducer.
We supply tablecloths and tea towels, toilet paper and paper towels, LL and LV products and garbage can liners.
To make sure you enjoy your vacation right to the end, we take care of end-of-stay cleaning.

The property is fenced and gated and is just a few minutes from the greenway.
It's a great place to relax and enjoy the southern Ardèche, its caves (Chauvet 2, Aven d'Orgnac... ), its beautiful villages (Labeaume, Lagorce....) and many other activities (canoeing, Hiking, cycling, quad biking, karting...).
