Kids can easily play outside (ball, boules, bike). Board games, library, central heating, central vacuum cleaner. Cellar for bicycles. Electric cars can be recharged at the tenant's expense. Numerous visits, Hiking trails, sporting activities. Piscine and aqua-recreational complex 6km away.
