In the lower Ardèche, this former Ardèche barn has been magnificently restored and now welcomes you in excellent conditions. Particular attention has been paid to the furnishings and atmosphere, and the vast enclosed courtyard is sure to delight Kids. The Holiday cottage "les marronniers" has 2 levels. Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, sitting room, 1 bedroom for 2 people (shower room, private toilet), separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom (2 single beds + pull-out bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (bath and shower) and shower room, Electric heating. At 300 meters, access to the owner's swimming pool and Campsites activities. Bed linen provided for your convenience.
Info Piscine (16mx8m/Prof 1.50m with a diamond tip at 1.80m)/chlorine and stabilizer/fence around the pool with secure handle gate/open from May to end September, weather permitting, from 9am to 8pm/unheated.

Ludo & famille Une bâtisse juste parfaite
Nous sommes venus en famille passer un week-end de folie ! L’accueil de la propriétaire a été parfait, elle était aux petits soins pour nous. Nous étions 12 personnes (7 adultes et 5 enfants) et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l’étroit ! Nous avons pu fêter les 60 ans de notre père dans une ambiance chaleureuse, avec un beau feu de cheminée, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un extérieur idéal pour les enfants (et pour quelques parties de pétanque !). La table de ping-pong a également fait l’unanimité ! Nous reviendrons ! ( seul petit hic pas de cuvette dans les toilettes de la chambre du bas )
