Les Marronniers

250 m from the Ardèche river and 1.5 km from the charming village of Balazuc, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, on a winegrowing estate, we invite you to come and stay in our 4th Holiday cottage in the oldest part of our farm.

The Holiday cottage 'les marronniers', on the first floor, is very comfortable, with a large, fully enclosed 65 m² terrace.
It comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area with corner sofa and flat-screen TV.
Enjoy 4 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (140 cm X 190 cm) with beautiful authentic cement tiles, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, one with 2 single beds (90 cm X 190 cm), one with 1 double bed (140 cm).
There's also a shower room with Italian shower and toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
For your comfort in all seasons, the Holiday cottage is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The owner's swimming pool is shared by all 4 Holiday cottages, and is ideal for sunbathing or simply cooling off after a visit. Baby equipment available on request.
Close to the "Via Ardèche" greenway (80 m), it's easy to set off by bike or on foot, in complete safety.

You can also rent canoes, kayaks and bicycles on site.
Shops are located in Ruoms, 9 km away.
