An enclosed grassed area allows you to park your vehicle in complete safety, or to give your four-legged friend a little freedom - he's more than welcome.

The Holiday cottage boasts a pleasant, shaded terrace, designed to make the most of every moment. You can imagine yourself sharing a meal around the gas plancha or barbecue, playing darts or simply relaxing with a good book and enjoying the charm of the place. The fully renovated interior features an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a wooden table and a cosy sitting area for relaxing. An internet connection, a TV with channels via box and a Bluetooth speaker complete the equipment for a comfortable stay. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this level. Upstairs, under the roof, three bedrooms with 140 cm beds await you, including one with private shower room and WC. Finally, a laundry room on the first floor features a washing machine, practical storage space and a central vacuum cleaner.

Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche is the southern gateway to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche. Just opposite, Aiguèze, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, invites you to take a stroll. You can also enjoy Provencal markets, swimming, canoeing, caves, belvederes and the surrounding hilltop villages.
