We're located on the Labeaume plateau, 5 minutes from the old village and Ruoms. It's the ideal place to discover the wonders of southern Ardèche. The village of Labeaume, listed as a Villages de Caractère, is sure to charm you with its narrow cobbled streets, its bridge over the river, its belvedere and its sublime riverside Beaches.

On your return, you'll enjoy a lovely swimming pool to share with the 3 other Holiday cottages on site, and a playground with a swing.
Kids can play in complete safety on this fully enclosed property.

Holiday cottage Les Lézards is a small, detached house designed to accommodate up to 4 people.
You have your own private outdoor space with a pergola shaded by oak trees to enjoy a meal or barbecue.
Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby. Bicycle storage available.

Inside, you'll find an attractive living room with reversible air-conditioning, integrated kitchenette and sitting area. Two small bedrooms are accessed by a small step and include a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Shower room with washing machine and separate WC.
Electric heating. Sheets available for hire at extra cost.

The location offers peace and quiet, while being close to all the shops and cultural and leisure activities within a 20-minute radius.
