Located near the Chassezac river (Swimming, Fishing), you'll be ideally situated in a triangle Les Vans - Joyeuse - Vallon Pont d'Arc where you'll benefit from numerous tourist, cultural and sporting activities.
You'll also appreciate our location close to our family campsite, where you'll have free access to all the campsite activities, the swimming pool, the multi-sports ground and the tennis court. Hiking to the Bois de Païolive via the GR4, 50m from the house.
This apartment has been completely refurbished and is located on the first floor of a very discreet year-round rental. It will delight you with its single-storey layout, its quality and comfort, and its direct access to a large covered terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and the air-conditioned living room has a sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV and wifi connection. For even greater comfort and privacy, the two bedrooms (one 140cm bed, one 140cm bed and one 90cm bed) each have their own private bathroom and separate toilet.
Baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request. Bike / Mountain bike rental available 500m away.
Sheets and towels available for hire at extra cost.
Info Piscine (16mx8m/Prof 1.50m with a diamond tip at 1.80m)/chlorine and stabilizer/fence around the pool with secure handle gate/open May to end September, weather permitting, 9am to 8pm/unheated.

gégé05 très bon séjour
la propriétaire est une personne très agréable, le gite est très bien , et bien équipé la literie est confortable , bien que situer a coté d'une route bien fréquenter , nous n'avons pas trop eu de gène au niveau bruit dommage que le temps n'était pas franchement au rendez vous car nous aurions put profiter de la piscine , qui est tout a coté . autrement il est bien situer géographiquement pour faire de belle ballades

Sarah A spacious and clean house in a great location
Les Lébres is in a great location for visiting the Chazzezac gorges and a variety of landscapes and small towns. We also enjoyed the use of the swimming pool on the adjacent campsite. The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. And there was a lovely garden and terrace where we could sit.

Céline Très bon séjour
Un gîte confortable et spacieux, très bien équipé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons pu profiter des avantages du camping avec la piscine, le terrain de tennis, pétanque, ping-pong mais aussi du petit magasin à quelques mètres qui permet de trouver des fruits et légumes frais. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le camping étant familial. Une bonne adresse à recommander.- Cleanliness
