In the heart of a small, quiet village in southern Ardèche, close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and its UNESCO World Heritage Grotto, this pretty Holiday cottage for 4 people is within easy reach of the main tourist attractions in southern Ardèche. You can visit the characterful villages of Vogüé and Balazuc, and take advantage of the many tourist activities on offer. A beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable Holiday cottage on 2 levels with a large private terrace facing the sunset. On 1st level, living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area with fixed 3-seater sofa and TV, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 1-person beds), baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request. New in the Holiday cottage: air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Central heating. Garage for bikes and motorcycles below the terrace. Heating not included.

    superbe !!

    L'an dernier nous avions promis à Mme Parat de revenir en 2025 pour faire ample connaissance de visu car absente en 2024... chose faite donc il y a quelques jours !! Mme Parat est une personne très agréable, très disponible auprès des vacanciers ! gite d'une propreté exceptionnelle !!très belle décoration ! Rien ne manque pour la cuisine et village très calme possédant un terrain de pétanque. N'hésitez pas à réserver chez Mme Parat vous ne serez pas déçu !!!!!
    A l'an prochain peut être si nous sommes de passage dans la région !

    Endroit charmant

    Endroit très calme et reposant avec tout le confort .
    Je recommande cet endroit pour ceux qui aiment la nature les oiseaux.location au milieu d'un petit village paisible, pas loin d'autres villages charmants à visiter plus grottes.
    Un petit paradis.

    Exceptionnel

    Très bon séjour. cadre exceptionnel ... le grand calme, petit village très sympa et pittoresque . Gite très agréable où rien ne manque, joliment décoré dans un beau cadre. Superbe accueil de Mme Parat qui n'a pu se faire que par téléphone mais nous reviendrons l'an prochain pour faire plus ample connaissance de visu !

    Village tranquille, le gîte très bien, nous avons fait de belles balades. La propriétaire sympa, accueillis avec un pot de miel, très bon !

    Gîte sympathique

    Gîte très agréable ou rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour.
    Décoration soignée.
    Accueil agréable de la propriétaire que nous remercions d’ailleurs pour ces petites attentions (petits cadeaux locaux).
    Animaux autorisés ce qui est un plus pour nous.
    Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le secteur.
    Très belle région.

    En conclusion, nous recommandons grandement ce gîte et nous y retournerons sûrement.
