In the heart of a small, quiet village in southern Ardèche, close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and its UNESCO World Heritage Grotto, this pretty Holiday cottage for 4 people is within easy reach of the main tourist attractions in southern Ardèche. You can visit the characterful villages of Vogüé and Balazuc, and take advantage of the many tourist activities on offer. A beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable Holiday cottage on 2 levels with a large private terrace facing the sunset. On 1st level, living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area with fixed 3-seater sofa and TV, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 1-person beds), baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request. New in the Holiday cottage: air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Central heating. Garage for bikes and motorcycles below the terrace. Heating not included.

Séjour très agréable, bon accueil et échanges, gite spacieux et lumineux, très confortable dans un charmant village , nombreuses balades à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Seul bémol : le chauffage n'est pas compris dans le prix, merci à "gite de France" de le préciser dans le descriptif.

Proprietaires très gentils.
Hameau très calme.
Gîte à proximité de nombreux villages typiques et pas trop éloigné de la rivière.
Nombreuses randonnées possibles pour bons marcheurs.
Proche de Villeneuve de Berg (commerces, Intermarché, mediatheque ...).
