In Ruoms, in the heart of the southern Ardèche, Holiday cottage Les Lauriers welcomes you to a peaceful, green setting, just a short stroll from the lively village center.
Here, everything can be done on foot: stroll to the narrow streets lined with terraces, indulge in the produce on offer at the Market, sample local specialties or simply enjoy an ice cream by the river Ardèche.

The Holiday cottage is located at the rear of the owners' house, on a property that also accommodates a second home.
It offers a simple, functional space, perfect for a stay for two, or a family of up to four thanks to the sofa bed.
Inside, a small, bright living room awaits you, with its kitchenette, convivial lounge and TV sofa area. The bedroom, equipped with a double bed, opens onto a private terrace where the laurel trees diffuse their fragrances under the Ardèche sun. Air conditioning ensures pleasant comfort on hot summer days. The bathroom, with shower and toilet, completes the ensemble.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace surrounded by laurel trees, a large landscaped communal area and a petanque court for your moments of relaxation.
Private parking is also available.

From the Holiday cottage, it's easy to set off on foot or by bike, thanks to the nearby greenway linking Ruoms to neighboring villages such as Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Balazuc and Vogüé. You can also go swimming or canoeing on the beaches of the River Ardèche. There are many Hiking trails to discover through the breathtaking scenery of the Ardèche Gorges and the famous Pont d'Arc. And don't forget to visit the magnificent Grotte Chauvet, just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage.
