The Holiday cottage "Les Kiwis" is located in Laurac-en-Vivarais, in southern Ardèche.
It's less than 25 kilometers from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, and close to a number of picturesque villages: Balazuc is 10 kilometers away, and the village of Labeaume and its "hanging gardens" less than 15 kilometers.

The Holiday cottage, completely renovated, is located on the first floor of a large stone house shared with the owner, on the other side of the house, each with its own entrance.
It features a living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed (140cm), and 1 with 2 single beds (90cm)), a large shower room, and a separate toilet.
A WIFI connection is available, and a secure Piscine*, shared with our second Holiday cottage, is also at your disposal.
Heating is compulsory at the beginning and end of the season, depending on the weather (€60 per week).
This Holiday cottage can be rented with Holiday cottage 134702 'La Feneire de Marthe for a total capacity of 8 people.
