The three-storey stone house houses four original bedrooms with private bathrooms: two double rooms, one air-conditioned room for four with balcony, and a large room for six under the roof. The convivial atmosphere continues in the communal living room, where gourmet breakfasts featuring local produce are served. A shared kitchen lets you prepare meals at your own pace, and the air-conditioned lounge-library with fireplace invites you to relax.
Outside, a flower-filled garden with barbecue and above-ground swimming pool (open from May to September) awaits you for sunny moments of relaxation.
Nearby, discover the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2, Aven d'Orgnac and the authentic villages of Drôme provençale. Cyclists on the ViaRhôna will find this an ideal stopover, with the possibility of storing their bikes safely at the entrance to the house.

Located on the 1st floor, the "La Joannade" bedroom includes a 160cm bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, a large mirror and TV with TNT. Open-plan bathroom with double vanity unit and walk-in shower. Next to the bedroom, you also have access to an additional private bathroom with bathtub, electric towel dryer and WC. Bedroom with wooden shutter window.

This atypical room, located on the ground floor of the house, was, as its name suggests, the former salon des évèques. Measuring around 45m², it includes a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, bedside tables and lamps, a storage cupboard and a large decorative barrel. You'll find a small, original sanitary area in a cupboard with an open shower, small washbasin and WC. Small kitchenette with electric hob, small fridge, kettle and table for 4. French window with balcony access with small table and bench (interior shutter). Reversible air-conditioning.

Olivier Séjour en famille
Accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique à coté de l'église de Viviers et d'un superbe jardin à quelques mètres du gîte avec vue sur la vallée. L'habitation est confortable dans un décor 12ème siècle. Le parking est possible juste devant le gîte et permet de facilement descendre les bagages. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et agrémenté des commentaires intéressant du propriétaire sur la bâtisse, le village les sites à visiter aux alentour.

Jacote Petit week-end
Le gîte est dans un ensemble ancien, adossé à la cathédrale. À proximité des vieux quartiers, visite de la ville à pieds en partant du gîte. Olivier est disponible, le petit-déjeuner bien achalandé. Séjour agréable.

Kris Amis des vielles pierres, c'est pour vous
Le logement est situé tout en haut, au coeur de l'histoire du village. Très beau bâtiment historique. La douche est directement dans la chambre sans porte. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont délicieuses. Pour dîner, je recommande le restaurant Les chevaliers.
Le propriétaire met a disposition gratuitement un local pour entreposer vos vélo ainsi que des outils pour de réparation.- Cleanliness

superschön und gemütlich. wunderbarer garten mit aussicht. mit mohammed ali und bansky an den wänden. das familien-dachzimmer hat keine aussicht und roch eher modrig und das bad sehr feucht. aber sonst alles perfekt. host sehr zuvorkommend.
