Set in a peaceful hamlet, hidden between hills and forests, the stone building watches over the surrounding countryside. The occasional roe deer can be seen at dawn. From the large open-plan living room, you can choose between watching a film on the connected TV or the grandiose spectacle of the landscape through the bay windows.

The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals just like at home. It opens onto a cosy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

A few steps lead up to the two bedrooms, each with its own open-plan shower room. Here, you'll wake up to natural light and birdsong. One bedroom has a 180cm bed, the other a 160cm bed. The WC is separate for added comfort. The sofa in the living room is convertible.

Outside, a terrace awaits you, with a table for al fresco meals and a gas barbecue for longer summer evenings.

From the Holiday cottage, set off on foot to explore the surrounding trails, or cycle along the hilly roads. Toulaud is a discreet but precious gateway to the treasures of the Ardèche and Drôme regions. Nearby, discover Valence (25 min), the cellars of the Rhône Valley, the ruins of Château de Crussol or the characterful village of Beauchastel. Just 20 minutes away, the lively village of Vernoux-en-Vivarais welcomes you with its shops and Market, and below, the Lake aux Ramiers, a cool setting for swimming, fishing and water sports. Between nature, heritage and gourmet pleasures, the region is full of nuggets to explore.
