5 minutes from the village of Mayres and 9 km from Thueyts (all shops), welcome to "Les Hortensias" Holiday cottage. We're just 15 minutes from the spa town of Neyrac les Bains and the Ardèche mountains. The site is ideal for hiking (Rocher d'Abraham and Chaumienne on another slope, Château de Montlaur) and swimming in the River Ardèche, 10 minutes' walk from the gîte.
Holiday cottage "Les hortensias" is a cozy, comfortable, totally independent cottage set in 500m² of enclosed grounds (fence + gate).
A large covered terrace is ideal for relaxing and socializing.
The accommodation comprises a living room with sitting area (sofa, TV), dining area with fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), shower room, separate toilet, storeroom with fridge-freezer.
A small sitting area on the mezzanine enables you to read or watch DVDs (sofa bed). A garage is available (washing machine in this area).
Electric heating is not included in the price (8 kw/day offered).

très bon séjour effectué 2ème semaine de décembre 2024. beau site à proximité des chemins de randonnées. habitation coquette très fonctionnelle, confortable et agréable à vivre.

Arnaud Calme et confortable
Séjour d'une semaine au mois d'août très agréable. La maison est bien agencée, tout y est pour passer un bon moment de détente. Aucun vis à vis et très peu de passage sur la petite route d'accès. Très belle vue en terrasse sur les montagnes ardéchoises.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
