You'll immediately fall in love with this fully renovated hamlet house, featuring a private enclosed courtyard with electric gate, heated swimming pool* and superb covered terrace with summer kitchen. Wood-fired barbecue, electric plancha, outdoor fridge with freezer compartment and even a beer tapping machine: everything you need to enjoy your meals al fresco. Between a refreshing dip in the Piscine or a lively game of pétanque in the courtyard, your days will be spent relaxing and sharing.

From the courtyard, a stone staircase leads to the interior of the Holiday cottage, which is laid out on two levels. The large living room is the heart of the house, inviting you into a convivial atmosphere with its open spaces: a bright entrance hall with bay window overlooking the courtyard, a living room with modern fitted kitchen and cosy sitting area with wood-burning stove (wood supplied). There's also a first bedroom with private open-plan shower room and 140cm bed, as well as a separate toilet. This first level benefits from underfloor heating and cooling. A staircase (not suitable for young Kids) leads upstairs. There are two further bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and the second with two 140cm beds, both with reversible air-conditioning. A bathroom with shower cubicle and WC completes the first floor.

Peaugres is a must-see destination in Northern Ardèche. As well as the Peaugres Safari, the surrounding area is full of treasures, including magnificent Hiking trails and exceptional landscapes in the Pilat Regional Nature Park or Annonay, the birthplace of hot-air ballooning. Gourmets won't be outdone by local specialities such as charcuterie, goat's cheese and Ardèche wines.
