Les Hauts de Malarce" Holiday cottage is located in a hamlet not far from Les Vans, in the heart of a verdant setting with spectacular views over the Chassezac valley. In a remarkably quiet, natural setting, it's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and discover the wonders of the Cévennes Ardèche.
This completely renovated 18th-century stone farmhouse comprises two separate areas linked by an interior patio. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining room with table for 8. And a living room with an extraordinary view, equipped with a flat-screen TV, a large dining table for 10 people, where you'll enjoy its stove in spring or winter.
On the same level, you'll find a magnificent terrace with a swimming pool (private and heated before the summer season), where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor moments while admiring the magnificent view over the valley. You can also relax in the large 3500 m² terraced garden.
On the 1st floor of the Holiday cottage, you'll find two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Crossing the courtyard, on the lower level, you'll find a first master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and private shower room (shower and WC), a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening directly onto the Holiday cottage's 3rd shower room with shower and WC.
Sleeps up to 10. Wood heating and Weber gas barbecue included. Sheets and towels available for hire. Private parking, garage and carport. 14 km from Les Vans, where you'll find all the shops. Sunday arrival in June, July and August, off-season contact owners.
The patio and terrace are fenced off for our dog friends.
