Les Hauts de Malarce" Holiday cottage is set in a hamlet not far from the village of Les Vans, with spectacular views over the Chassezac valley. Surrounded by chestnut trees, in a remarkable, calm and natural environment, you'll be able to recharge your batteries and discover the wonders of the Ardèche.
This fully renovated 18th-century stone farmhouse comprises two separate areas linked by a superb interior patio. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace, and a dining room with a large table seating 8. You can relax in the living room with its flat-screen TV, and enjoy its wood-burning stove on winter evenings.
On the same level, you'll find a magnificent terrace with a swimming pool (private and heated before the summer season), where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor moments while admiring the magnificent view over the valley. You can also relax in the large 3500 m² garden laid out in "faïsses" (hillsides in Ardèche dialect).
On the 1st floor of the Holiday cottage, you'll find two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Crossing the courtyard, on the lower level, you'll find a first master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and private shower room (shower and WC), a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening directly onto the Holiday cottage's 3rd shower room with shower and WC. Wood heating and wood included. Sheets and towels available for hire. Private parking, garage and carport. The Holiday cottage is 14 km from Les Vans, where you'll find all the shops you need. Arrival on Sundays in June, July and August. Out of season, please contact the owners.
