This stone house is surrounded by oak trees and olive groves, at the end of a narrow lane. A truly peaceful spot with a magnificent view of Les Vans and the Cevennes mountains!

It has been completely renovated and fitted out to offer 3 Holiday cottages, on either side, not overlooked.
Each has its own private terrace and parking space. Shared pétanque court.

Walk directly from the Holiday cottage along hiking and mountain bike trails to admire the Ardèche countryside.
The Holiday cottage is less than 10 minutes from Les Vans, a lively year-round village with shops, restaurants and a weekly Saturday morning Market. Treat your taste buds to the many local products on offer.
You'll also fall in love with the beautiful villages of Naves, Labeaume, Thines and many others.

On the left wing of the house, a former barn, the Holiday cottage Les Grives welcomes you all year round for 2 people (possibility of an extra person with the extra sofa bed).
Modern and comfortable, it is the latest to be renovated on 2 small levels.
The terrace, shaded by a pergola, is ideal for planchas or breakfasts overlooking the olive trees.
Inside, the living area is bright and well-equipped with reversible air conditioning: integrated kitchen, lounge and living room with TV. Four steps lead down to the bedroom (with 160cm bed), shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
