Situated in Rosières in the southern Ardèche, on 2 hectares of land, this former farmhouse, restored and renovated as Holiday cottages, is an authentic place combining charm and comfort.
The Holiday cottage Safran is adjoined by 4 other Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance and terrace.
You'll share the large, secure, heated swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, with other holidaymakers and the owners, who live on the estate.

Ideally located, you're close to the Rosières shops.
The 62 m2 Holiday cottage Safran is on the 1st floor of the Mas, accessible by outside stairs.
The air-conditioned living room opens onto the terrace, with a lounge, living room and fitted kitchen.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms, both equipped with 2 80cm x 200cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed.
The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. For your comfort, towels and sheets are included, and beds are made on arrival.
Only the living room is air-conditioned.

You can easily explore the Ardèche region, discovering the picturesque villages of Joyeuse, Les Vans, Vogüé, Balazuc and Labeaume, not forgetting the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the return of the Grotte Chauvet. For the more sporty, there are numerous activities not far from the Holiday cottage: canoeing, Hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, climbing...
Add a touch of serenity to your stay with family or friends by relaxing by the Piscine or on the Holiday cottage's 25m2 terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Access to private, enclosed parking via electric gate (remote control handed over on arrival). 4 boules courts available.
Holiday cottage can be grouped with the 4 other Holiday cottages (cousinades, birthdays and other family celebrations are not permitted).

PISCINE INFO: dim 12x6m / depth: 1.50m - from April to October, weather permitting (heated) - chlorine treatment - secured by barriers, gate and shutter.
