Your 132 m2 "Coquelicot" accommodation is adjoined by 4 other Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance.
Situated in Rosières in the southern Ardèche, on 2 hectares of land, this former farmhouse, restored and renovated as Holiday cottages, is an authentic place combining charm and comfort.
The large, secure, heated Piscine, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, is shared with other holidaymakers and the owners, who live on the estate.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room opening onto the veranda, with a lounge area, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen and separate toilet.
On the air-conditioned 1st floor, a corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed and 2 with 2 80cmx200cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed), two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
For your comfort, towels and sheets are included, and beds are made on arrival.

You'll have no trouble discovering the Ardèche region, with its picturesque villages full of character: Joyeuse, Les Vans, Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume....., not forgetting the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the return of the Grotte Chauvet.
For the more sporty, there are numerous activities close to the Holiday cottage: canoeing, Hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, climbing....
Add a touch of serenity to your stay with family or friends by relaxing by the Piscine or on the Holiday cottage's 16.5m2 covered terrace, complete with garden furniture, barbecue and grounds.
Access to the Domaine's private, enclosed parking lot is via an electric gate (remote control handed over on arrival). A boules pitch is also available.
This Holiday cottage can be grouped with the 4 other Holiday cottages (cousinades, birthdays and other family celebrations are not permitted).

PISCINE INFO: size 12x6m / depth: 1.50m - accessible from April to October, weather permitting (heated) - chlorine treatment - secured by gates, gate and shutter.
