Renovated in 2020 while preserving its charm and history, this estate comprises three Holiday cottages with stone buildings dating from 1808. Le Camélia adjoins the L'Albizia Holiday cottage. It shares the courtyard and Piscine*. Parking spaces in the courtyard are reserved for each Holiday cottage, on the 1st and 2nd levels of the building. It is accessed from the courtyard by two stone staircases. One leads to the terrace, the other to the living area. On the 1st level, you'll find the dining area with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, spacious living room with large flat-screen TV, toilet and laundry room. On the 2nd level, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with 180cm beds, 1 with 2 90cm beds), shower room with large shower, 2nd separate toilet. Outside, there's a lovely terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, and a vaulted stone room with deckchairs, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. The courtyard is entirely enclosed, and you'll enjoy the shared Piscine *. You'll be close to all the tourist attractions of the southern Ardèche: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche are around 30 minutes away by car, and the villages of Vogüe and Balazuc, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, are just a few kilometers away. The Mirabel tower, 15 km away, offers a panoramic view, and there are many rivers within easy reach, including the Balazuc bridge and the Vogüé viaduct, where you can enjoy a swim. For the more sporty, there are over 100 km of marked Hiking trails, mountain biking and canoeing.... For gourmets, local markets to sample local specialities. 3 Holiday cottages can be rented on request.
