Completely renovated building with swimming pool to share, air conditioning in the rooms!

Dating from 1808, this stone-built estate was completely renovated in 2020 while preserving its charm and history, and comprises three Holiday cottages. L'Albizia adjoins Le Camélia, sharing the courtyard and Piscine*. Parking spaces in the courtyard are reserved for each Holiday cottage, which is located on the 1st floor of the building. It is accessed from the courtyard by a stone staircase (not suitable for PRMs). Inside, you'll find the dining area with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, spacious living room with large flat-screen TV (sofa convertible into a bed for 2 extra beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. At night, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with 180cm bed, 1 with 140cm bed). Outside, there are 2 terraces, including a large one with a wooden pergola, both overlooking the inner courtyard. Garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. The courtyard is entirely enclosed, and you'll enjoy the shared Piscine *. The tourist sites of the southern Ardèche are nearby (approx. 30 mins by car): Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche... The villages classified as Plus Beaux Villages de France are just a few kms away: Vogüé, Balazuc. The Mirabel tower, 15 km away, also offers lovely panoramic views, and the rivers (Balazuc bridge, Vogüé viaduct...) are easy to swim in. For sports enthusiasts, there are over 100 km of marked Hiking trails, mountain bike routes and canoeing.... For gourmets, there are local markets where you can sample local specialties. The 3 Holiday cottages can be rented on request. Swimming pool info*: size 9 x 4 - depth 1.50 - chlorine - safety gates and barriers - Due to the proximity of the 2nd Holiday cottage and the neighborhood, the swimming pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. - May to mid-September (unheated).
